Investment Facilities

Presently Industrial plots with gas, electricity, water gas (subject to availability) etc. are available in 30 Estates.

Estates are

Rajbari, Madaripur, Jamalpur, Mymenshing (extension), Manikgonj, Faridpur, Munshigonj, Sylhet (extention), Cox-bazar, Feni, B.baria, Nijkunjara, Chadpur, Hobigonj, Natore, Thakurgaon, Lalmonirhat, Joypurhat, Nababgonj, Serajgonj, Gaibandha, Kurigram, Barisal, Sarupkathi, Patua Khali, Bagherhat, Satkhira, Bhola, Jhenidah, Zamdani (N.gonj)

Location The location of the estates range 35 to 400 km from the capital city, Dhaka.
Price

Being subsidised by Govt. the price of land ranges from US$ 6122 to US $ 48980
(1 US$ = Tk. 49) per acre.

 

Allotment: Plot allotment is done by District Land Allotment Committee.

Papers required for allotment are:
  • Prescribed application form duly filled in
  • Passport size photographs
  • Project proposal
  • Building layout plan
  • Machinery layout plan
  • Bank solvency certificate
  • Reasonable project implementation, schedule
  • Consent letter of financing institution in case of credit financing
