Tranning Programme

A) Design  Centre :

BSCIC  has a modern and well -equipped Design Centre . Which is located in the BSCIC headquarter in Dhaka. Different sorts of industrial designs  are supplied  from this  centre .The Design Centre also provides  training in the following  trades :

Block and Batic Printing, Leather Works:, Cane and Bamboo Works :  Wood Works:  Packaging, Tapestry , Weaving  , Doll Making: Pottery, Metal  Products:  Jute  Handicrafts,  Screen Printing etc.

B) Skill  Development   Centre

BSCIC  has 15 Skill  Development Centers (SDC)  in different  parts  of the country .  The SDC s arrange training courses in the following trades:

Electrical  house wearing and  motor winding,Refrigerator and Air-conditioner repairing, Radio and Television repairing, Garments manufacturing:, Fitting cum machine shop practices and welding, Computer Word Processing, Shallow machine  repairing.

C) Small &  Cottage  Industries  Traning  Institute (SCITI )

BSCIC  has a training  institute  with  residential  facilities at Uttara , Dhaka. called Small &  Cottage  Industries  Training  Institute (SCITI ).The  (SCITI) has the following   faculties to conduct training courses and research in the SCI sector ;

   ●   Entrepreneurship Development Management Faculty .             
   ●    Industrial Management Faculty.
   ●   Financial Management Faculty.
   ●   Marketing Management Faculty.
   ●   General Management Faculty:
   ●   Research and  Consultancy Faculty.
