Project Title

:

Garments Industrial Park

 

 

 

 

2.

Objectives of the project

:

i.

To provide one stop service facilities to the readymade garment entrepreneurs by establishing an environmentally  suitable Garment Industrial Park for development & modernization of  Garments Industries with a view to attract  the foreign buyers, increasing the production, export, employment, reduce the poverty alleviation to attain the millennium development goal.  

 

 

 

ii.

To develop infrastructural facilities like developed industrial plots, internal roads, drainage, electricity, water, gas etc. for production of garment products under buyers attractive and environment friendly atmosphere.

 

 

 

iii.

To shift the existing  garments industrial units located at Dhaka City as well as located at Dhaka, Narayangonj, Gazipur & Munshigonj district to a compact area to promote the garment sector.

 

 

 

iv.

To set up CETP, waste dumping yard & fire fighting arrangement in the park.
